Who we are, why we do what we do
I started enjoying the outdoors when I was just a boy on our family farm. During the summer i could be found either on the creek bank or at the pond fishing. But when hunting season started the funny really started. I knew it was hunting season when my Step dad would come home with a bag full of shot gun shells, I knew it open day of dove season. I could barely sleep that night. Then the temp would drop and knew deer season was starting. I would borrow my cousin’s riffle and head to woods for hunt. Those were the best days of my life, hunting fishing and setting up blinds for the next season.
AS i got older and with limited funds i tried to find ways to save money on hunting gear. This became both rewarding and practical I wanted to share this with everyone, especially for those who cherish time spent outdoors. By diving into DIY projects and sourcing lower-priced materials, I discovered numerous ways to create customized gear without breaking the bank. From crafting homemade blinds from natural elements, making on tree saddle and platform and searching for less expensive quality equipment. These solutions not only help keep costs down but also enhance the hunting experience. I'm excited to share these money-saving tips and savings I have found with fellow hunters, ensuring that everyone can gear up for their next adventure without straining their budgets. After all, the thrill of the hunt should be focused on the hunt and not on the price!
